I can only recall 1 or 2 fights where we had close to even numbers. Thing with BoB is they don't engage unless they bring equal numbers of heavy hitters (or more). You always had as many bs as we had or more and then you bring the same number of support again.
I don't recall a fight in which we had more than you...
Try coming back and using only BS against our equal numbers of BS and support.
You wont know what to do with it...
There was opportunity for that on tournament, if i recall it right.

tbh that sort of arguement is pointless.. as there is always some level that a "game" isnt real, current technology doesnt allow for 100% realism..
the idea ppl dont seem to like is that it is fair..
some ppl use faction ships in PVP.. many use implants.. the challenge is that given the same set of rules as everyone else, to make the best of them..

It doesnt particularly have a downside for BOB either though.. it is just stuff to be expected..
The problem with the offer is that the same can be said for any 0.0, you simple word it for fountain, because you want ppl here.. and that only works as long as they can avoid engaging the locals..

No, we don't know how the space is in other regions. We know about fountain and that it is less hostile than normal.
mhm.. well more ppl into 0.0 is always good.. and i guess fountain is as good as any.. some ppl will become stinking rich no doubt.. others will lose everything.. but that will happen in empire as much as 0.0..
the unfortunate thing is that in all likelihood, anyone that needs announcements like this, to be told how 0.0 works is more likely to be in the latter category, as the majority of ppl on the forums will know (and depending on their feels for BOB may or may not admit).. which leaves celes + random antiBOB supporters, trying to encourage groups of inexperienced ppl to come and play cannon fodder for BOB.. not that i'm saying that is particularly bad for them or the game..

The post is a double edged sword, it is attention seeking by celes, but the fact they require speculative advertising reminds them as much as anyone else that they just arent considered significant..
Personally i find it very amusing to watch them posture, i had the same fun with E-R/NBSI when they were trying to talk themselves into being considered a major pvp group.. the simple facts of the game is until they can field a fleet to match their "enemies" the are only going to be 1/2 a pvp outfit.. not matter how much they annouce or talk :)
So what if they manage to bring in some target to foutain?
it not a bad thing.. as ascn have already said, war make you stronger.. they applies just the same to BOB, xelas, the horde.. gives them something to do.. keep them on their toes.. then it isnt as big a shock to the system when bigger/better organised groups than the odd random NPC'er, take ops in the area..

They arent advertising themselves, they are advertising a region you cannot control. Clearly you and the rest of the bobbits just don't 'get it', but I assure you the rest of the EVE community does.
When your a little more experienced, you will maybe understand that they are doing both..

you mean it might make me look like i think about useful posts? It isnt darth best work, if it had been it wouldnt have been moved from the role playing section but it is better than 90% of posts here.. (including most of BOB's) it is a consider post, rather than the "OMG IM BORED AT WORK" posts, which most bob will openly admit to.. as such it deserves the proper consideration.. so you ask yourselves.. why would darth take the time out of his playtime to write it.. and if you can only consider the obvious, you do yourselves and darth a disservice..

The channel for your safety is working well. our boys have been helping you make isk as much as possible when they can.
Xelas sometimes get fire in their belly and form a fleet, but when this is beaten they seem to lose hope and retreat back to their outpost system, whereas we would get more ships..
NO BOB ARE IN FOUNTAIN at this time. so dont believe all of them that post here, they know nothing.
We are seeing 40+ in corp chat lately, all hungry for PVP as thats why they exist.. This has been far more thats needed for fountain core so we have decided to start an empire war with xelas..
A selection of our pilots will be hunting down the empire huggers, we are thinking 200+ (we have been told by upset XS pilots)) in alliance chat and hardly any in core, they must be somewhere rite?. the way im thinking is ill be doing the xelas PVPers a favour, they must be VERY annoyed . This is also to make it easier for our invited corps to get access to the area.
so thats the update of the situation. its nice to see fountain bizi again the way it should be.
